Eagless provides automation, AI integration, and consulting services tailored to your business needs. The scope of each service is defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

All content on this site is the property of Eagless and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. We reserve the right to update or change content at any time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information for the execution of services.

  • Ensuring access to required systems or tools.

  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be defined in individual proposals or invoices.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays.

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the collaboration as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

7. Liability

Eagless strives for excellence but is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Errors caused by third-party tools or platforms

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the case of termination, the client will be charged for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all custom tools, automations, and materials delivered remain the intellectual property of Eagless. The client receives a non-transferable license to use them within their own organisation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Leuven.
